About this resource
Floodgate is the companion to Geyser: it authenticates Bedrock players with their own accounts and gives them a recognisable name on the Java server. Without it, an online-mode server rejects Bedrock players. It is maintained by the GeyserMC team under the MIT licence; its wiki covers setup on each platform.
