Terms of Service

You may browse MCRank without an account. Do not use it in a way that harms it or other people: no attacks on the service, no automated bulk collection, no attempts to bypass limits, moderation or security, and no attempts to inflate or manipulate engagement.

You can create an account with your email address and a password, or sign in with an emailed one-time link, and you may sign in with or link a Discord account where that is offered. Creating an account means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. The first time you sign in, and again if MCRank sets a new required version, you are asked to read and accept the current Terms and Privacy Policy; until you do, you cannot use the signed-in parts of MCRank, though you can still sign out.

Keep your password to yourself. MCRank cannot see it: it is passed to the sign-in provider, which stores only a hashed form. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell MCRank if you think someone else has access to it.

• Submit only resources you own or are authorised to list, and use the real page where the resource is offered as its destination.
• Everything you submit must be accurate, including the name, description, price, platforms and versions. Do not claim ratings, reviews, sales or endorsements that do not exist.
• You keep the rights to what you submit. You give MCRank permission to show it on MCRank, to create smaller or reformatted copies of images for display, and to keep a record of it for moderation.
• Importing from a link is a convenience. You remain responsible for checking and editing everything before you save or submit it, and an import does not prove ownership.

Every resource is reviewed before it is public. MCRank may approve, reject, suspend or archive any resource, and may remove or hold a Featured placement, if it does not meet the Content Policy or these terms, if its destination cannot be checked, or after a valid report. Decisions are recorded.

Approval is not an endorsement and is not a guarantee of safety or quality. Rejection reasons are given to the creator where possible.

MCRank links to pages run by other people. It does not control them, host the resources, or take part in any purchase or download made there. Your dealings with those sites are between you and them.

MCRank may list a public Minecraft resource that nobody has submitted, using information its creator published publicly and crediting and linking its source. Such a listing says so on its page, is not an endorsement and does not mean its creator took part. If you are the creator, you can ask through the Contact page for it to be corrected, claimed or removed.

Featured placement is paid visibility and is governed by the Advertising Policy, which a creator accepts before buying. Payment does not skip review and does not buy clicks, traffic, sales or endorsement. Paid placement is not always on offer; the Advertise page and the Advertising Policy say when it is unavailable.
