What MCRank does
A reviewer reads the notice and may suspend the resource while it is considered. MCRank may tell the resource's creator that a notice was received, and may remove the resource if the claim appears valid.
If your resource was removed after a notice and you believe that was a mistake, contact MCRank with the details and the reason you believe you are entitled to list it.

Trademarks
The same route applies to trademark concerns, such as a resource that falsely suggests it is made or endorsed by someone else.
