Refund Policy

A Featured bid is paid once and is not refunded or credited at MCRank's discretion. That applies when you are outbid, when the week ends, when a placement stops because a delivery condition stopped being true (for example the resource was suspended, withdrawn or archived, or its destination became unreachable), when MCRank places a hold on or ends a campaign under its rules, and when clicks, traffic or sales are lower than you hoped. Payment buys visibility for the week, not clicks, traffic or sales.

• A week runs from Monday 00:00 UTC to the next Monday 00:00 UTC. Every bid starts again at $0 and nothing carries over.
• A bid is in whole US dollars, at least $2, paid through PayPal. It counts only once PayPal confirms the payment.
• A bid can be raised, never lowered. Raising it charges only the difference.
• Payments are taken by PayPal for Asbiha Enterprises.

Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the law that applies to you that cannot be waived or limited by agreement, and it does not stop MCRank from correcting its own mistake, for example a payment taken twice or in the wrong amount. To ask about one, use the Contact page.

Use the Contact page and include the resource name and the date of the purchase. Disputes with PayPal are handled under PayPal's own rules.
